Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven, and confident Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at our luxury urban resort. The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for creating luxurious experiences for guests throughout their stay at Hotel Bardo Savannah.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Monitor housekeeping supplies and restock guest room amenities in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle challenges and unexpected situations with poise and positivity, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Maintain a high level of organization within the housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional cleanliness and organizational standards.
  • Able to positively and effectively communicate with guests and team members.
  • Conducts work in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
  • Able to withstand various forms of physical activity throughout the day.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
