Compensation:

$15 per hour plus gratuities

Key Duties:
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of guest account records
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to prepare accommodations
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints as needed
  • Welcome, check-in, and check-out guests, assign rooms, and manage payment transactions
  • Respond to questions regarding room availability, pricing, amenities, and special requests
Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing phone communications and addressing challenging situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation systems
  • Strong organizational, time management, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Preference for candidates with a minimum of 1 year in the hospitality sector
