- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in chemistry, with a focus on analytical, bioanalytical, materials, and inorganic chemistry.
- Develop and maintain a research program that attracts external funding and produces high-quality research outcomes.
- Contribute to the department's service mission, including service on departmental and university committees.
- Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field.
- Record of research accomplishments in a field relevant to the Department of Chemistry.
- Ability to achieve teaching excellence at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Commitment to fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion in the department and university.
- Demonstrated excellence as a scholar and researcher in a field relevant to the Department of Chemistry.
- Established reputation in scholarly or professional achievement.
- Experience in teaching and mentoring students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
