Job Opportunity

Anderson Recruiting & Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Staffing Sales professional to join their team in Greenville, SC.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and recruitment, with a strong understanding of the IT industry and its trends. They will be responsible for sourcing prospective sales leads and clients, building and managing key relationships, and managing the sales life cycle of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring consultants based on client needs.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be able to function well in a high-paced environment and work onsite 4 days a week with additional remote days based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing prospective sales leads and clients through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, and direct contact
  2. Building and managing key relationships within existing and new customer base
  3. Managing the sales life cycle of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring consultants based on client needs
  4. Partnering with recruiters to fill client requirements with the best talent in the market

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience as a successful staffing salesperson in an agency environment
  2. Bachelor's Degree
  3. New Business Development experience growing new accounts and expanding existing
  4. A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  5. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  8. Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
  9. Ability to work onsite 4 days a week and earn additional remote days based on performance
