About the Insurance Sales Representative Position

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Representative to expand our business by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance plans and policies, as well as excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure growth and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on company services and policies to provide accurate information to clients
  • Handle customer inquiries and disputes in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare reports for management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of insurance plans and policies
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or BA/BSc degree in Marketing or a related field
