Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the management team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales goals, manage labor costs, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including menu engineering, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that all staff members are equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • At least six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
