Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Laboratory Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at a forward-thinking hospital. As a CLS, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests, including chemical, microscopic, microbiological, blood bank, hematological, and serological testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate test results
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies

Requirements:

  • California CLS License
  • Previous leadership experience in a critical access hospital (ideal)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $47/hr and increasing to $55/hr (DOE)
