Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician to join our team at the Toiyabe Indian Health Project. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate new patients and provide follow-up care for known medical, social, or other problems affecting patient health.
  • Perform medical procedures, arrange for procedures to be performed by another provider, and interpret laboratory reports and x-rays.
  • Provide medical follow-up at quarterly Diabetic Clinic and participate in quality assurance meetings with other providers.
  • Participate in the education of clinic staff and medical aides on a weekly basis as needed.
  • Attend continuing education for physicians as interest and requirements for the American Academy of Family Physicians/Certified Medical Assistant (AAFP/CMA).
  • Work in accordance with all Toiyabe Personnel Policies and staff responsibilities.
