Yanmar Compact Equipment North America, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our Compact Track Loader product line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide market expertise and intelligence on Compact Track Loaders and Skid Steer Loaders to the Product Management Team and distributors.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product applications, operations, and system functions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, gather and analyze market data, and identify market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies.
  • Act as a business advocate, interpreting market trends, generating consumer feedback, and identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction equipment sales, marketing, or engineering roles.
  • Strong familiarity with Compact Track Loaders and Skid Steer Loaders.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and e-communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
  • Initiative and ability to start and maintain projects with minimal supervision.
Travel Requirements:

Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 25% of the time.
