About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Consultant to join our team in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and surrounding markets. As a successful candidate, you will need to reside in the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and promoting Sierra Pacific Windows products.
  • Develop and maintain long-term beneficial relationships with Designers, Architects, Architectural Firms, and key dealer accounts.
  • Conduct product presentations and provide technical information to the architectural and design communities.
  • Be a consultant and expert on all products manufactured by Sierra Pacific Windows.
  • Provide specifications and read construction drawings to increase sales.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and networking events.
  • Use bid search tools and prepare reports as directed by management.
  • Travel is required for this position.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or prior experience in a related field.
  • Professional and polished presenter, negotiator, and self-starter.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborative, positive attitude, and proven team player.
  • Product knowledge in the fenestration industry is preferred.
  • Relationships in the local architectural community are a plus.
  • Excellent computer and mathematics skills.
