Nurse Specialist

As a dialysis nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis center. You will work closely with a supportive team to deliver compassionate and empathetic care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in an outpatient dialysis center
- Work closely with a supportive team to deliver compassionate and empathetic care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required
- Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) a plus
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
