About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Topgolf. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Maintenance Department, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the proper use of all equipment and systems, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Manage department budgets and spending, ensuring that all financial resources are utilized in a responsible and cost-effective manner.
  • Oversee the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and in good working condition.
  • Coach and develop the Facilities team, promoting a culture of excellence and driving Associate engagement and motivation.
  • Demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring, in all aspects of your work.
  • Ensure that Facilities Associates and Porters are adequately trained, equipped, and engaged, providing the necessary support and resources to enable them to perform their duties effectively.
  • Delegate and follow-up on the completion of tasks, ensuring that all responsibilities are met and deadlines are achieved.
  • Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are operated in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Ensure that all city, county, state, and federal regulations relating to the maintenance department are met, maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years maintenance experience with at least 1 year of recent supervisor experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
  • Energy and enthusiasm.
  • A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
  • Ability to stoop and bend.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, including maneuvering up and down ladders and stairs.
