Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Coordination and Management: Act as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors, coordinating repair and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure service quality.
  • Financial Oversight: Review and audit invoices for accuracy, approve cost-effective and reasonable estimates for repair and maintenance work, and manage budget allocations for third-party services to optimize cost-efficiency.
  • Strategic Vendor Sourcing: Proactively identify and onboard new vendors, assessing their capability, reliability, and performance to expand and enhance the network of service providers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with vehicle drivers, client leadership teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of repair and maintenance activities.
