Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to work as Adult Services Counselors within our residential program, focusing on providing essential support to adults with autism. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about enhancing the lives of our clients and helping them achieve greater independence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care and support to adult consumers in a residential setting.
- Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to foster clinical, educational, and vocational development.
- Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) including bathing, cooking, cleaning, toileting, and shopping.
- Administer medications as per training and guidelines, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Provide transportation for clients and engage in de-escalation techniques for challenging behaviors.
