Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to client locations to conduct repairs on machinery or oversee repairs performed by subcontractors and/or client maintenance teams.
• Manage projects and carry out machinery inspections.
• Develop service quotations for clients.
• Prepare and deliver final reports to clients.
• Provide warranty services and technical support.
• Foster customer relationships and promote parts sales.
Qualifications:
• An Associate's degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant field service experience is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance is necessary.
• Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics is essential.
• Familiarity with PLCs and electrical systems is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

• A valid driver's license is mandatory. The role may require intermittent sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds, as well as climbing stairs and using hands to handle or feel parts/equipment.

• Vision capabilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision may also be necessary.
