Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that meet our guests' expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our menu items, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless kitchen operations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage food waste, and maintain accurate records to optimize our culinary operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Culinary degree or certification preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience, with supervisory kitchen experience a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, practices, and food safety, with ServSafe certifications a plus.
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously for extended periods, with the capacity to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Fluent English language skills.
