Responsibilities

  • Utilize electronic documentation to record client care and comply with Agency policies regarding timeliness and data synchronization.
  • Follow Agency policies regarding universal precautions and safety guidelines.
  • Fulfill other assignments as requested by the R.N. Case Manager.
Qualifications
  • Current State LPN License
  • Holds a current Licensed Practical Nurse license in Ohio
  • Has a minimum of one year of nursing experience
  • Has current CPR certification
  • Has excellent communication, organizational, and human relations skills
  • Is able to function with minimal supervision
  • Is able to manage multiple projects/changing priorities
  • Is able to employ critical thinking skills
