As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Circle of Care, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality resident care in our Salem, OH location. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team and support our mission to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Supports and demonstrates practices resident care consistent with the mission, philosophy, standards, policies, and procedures of the department.
Delegate assistance with care to nursing assistants, providing direction and supervision of the tasks.
Create and maintain an atmosphere of personal interest and a positive emphasis on a calm environment throughout the neighborhood.
Demonstrate that the community is home for our residents.
Actively participate in care conferences and others as required.
Assist nursing assistant staff in providing direct care when needed.
Actively assist nursing assistants with answering resident initiated call light service requests.
Provide leadership with coaching and mentoring to the neighborhood team.
Support seamless service between shifts with good communication.
Requirements
Maintain current LPN License in the state.
Adheres to professional nursing codes of ethics.
