Position Overview
As a vital member of our Member Services team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals by guiding them through our digital personal finance solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from onboarding new members to addressing inquiries and offering coaching throughout their financial journey. Your support will be essential in providing the care and guidance our members need.
Work Environment
We proudly offer fully remote work opportunities for candidates in designated metropolitan areas. This role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, ensuring a work-life balance.
Compensation
The starting pay for this position is $16.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with our members through various communication channels, demonstrating empathy in every interaction.
- Listen attentively to our members, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with team members to exchange knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability for an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, during specified hours.
- A people-centric approach with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage a high volume of incoming calls.
- Excellent communication skills.
