Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for indirectly managing a team of 3-8 individuals executing engineering projects in the transmission space, specifically overhead lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project permitting, estimating, project controls, material management, financials (cost forecast), change management, and other related tasks.
  • Balance 8-20 projects at a time, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and oversee contracts, proposals, planning, scheduling, scope, budget, and client coordination.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Occasional travel around the midwestern region (estimated 25%) may be required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience managing engineering projects in the Transmission & Distribution industry.
  • PMP or PE certification.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project or PowerBI.
  • Prior consulting experience is a plus.
