We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Technician Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, organizing, and deploying educational initiatives to support the growth and development of our veterinary technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for veterinary technicians, including hands-on clinical skills and online training modules.
  • Collaborate with local hospital teams to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.
  • Provide input into the development of technician protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Lead new hire and coach meetings to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Work with Clinical Supervisors to facilitate learning and development plans for veterinary assistants and technicians.
  • Track training modules and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Certified, Licensed, or Registered Veterinary Technician designation is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a veterinary technician, with a strong background in clinical training and development.
  • Strong interpersonal and teaching skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
