Project Controls Manager

The Project Controls Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining project estimating, scheduling, cost, and risk management processes that meet the quality and technical requirements of LyondellBasell's Project Management Process (PMP).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project estimating, scheduling, cost, and risk management processes that align with LyondellBasell's Project Management Process (PMP)
- Prepare and review project controls plans, schedules, estimates, and risk registers to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Ensure that project controls data is collected and captured in the appropriate LyondellBasell systems
- Provide project controls information to project managers and sponsors to support project planning, funding, and reporting
- Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure that project controls processes are in place to manage and report on project performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of project controls experience in the petrochemical or refining industry
- Knowledge of project management practices, financial system processes, and contracting practices
- Proficient in using Primavera P6, Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (ACCE), and SAP
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
