Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Shipping Associate to join our team at Thankful Partners. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, receiving and processing incoming shipments, and ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and fulfillment center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate shipments to influencers, affiliates, and customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and product integrity.
  • Operate shipping software and inventory management systems, completing all required documentation and reporting.
  • Work closely with management to ensure raw materials and finished products are available in inventory, adequately stocked and organized.
  • Receiving shipments, completing cGMP supporting documentation, and storing them in respective warehouse areas.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working directly with picking, packing, and fulfilling orders and handling various shipments.
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack and know how to organize pallets on pallet racks.
  • Fast-paced fulfillment/warehouse work environment that requires standing, walking, sitting, crouching, and lifting for shift duration.
  • Reliable and diligent with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards at all times.
