Leasing Specialist Opportunity

Peak Living is seeking a skilled Leasing Specialist to support our community operations.

About the Role

Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Leasing Specialist will assist with customer service and leasing responsibilities, upholding leasing and marketing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and participate in fulfilling customer service and leasing responsibilities, including telephone marketing, greeting prospective residents, and gathering prospect information.
• Assist in preparing paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements.
• Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid and/or late fees owed, communicate with residents, and implement procedures for collecting on delinquencies.
• Assist the Community Manager in organizing community resident activities, preparing newsletters, and maintaining resident loyalty and retention.
• Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday

Requirements

• Previous experience as an onsite Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing, hospitality, or a similar industry is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
