  2. Cycle Counts: Conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory levels and identify any discrepancies.
  3. Inventory Control: Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  4. Special Projects: Assist with special projects as assigned by management, such as inventory audits and process improvements.
  5. Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the warehouse and surrounding areas.
  6. Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless inventory management processes.
Requirements
  1. Equipment Experience: Must have experience operating a 5 High Forklift.
  2. Math Skills: Possess basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  3. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve inventory management goals.
  5. Adaptability: Willingness to learn, improve, and adapt to changing inventory management processes and procedures.
Physical Demands
  1. Physical Activity: Frequently required to stand, walk, twist, pull, push, reach, and bend.
  2. Lifting: Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
  3. Work Environment: Work in a distribution center that is not temperature controlled.
