Job Title: Inventory Quality Assurance Supervisor

Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading and developing assigned quality personnel and providing guidance for cross-functional teams to support the quality and food safety requirements of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of quality personnel to deliver results by communicating company goals, including quality and customer satisfaction, safety practices, and deadlines.
  • Engage and develop teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training.
  • Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership.
  • Manage and support the Consolidated Management System (CMS) program to ensure company quality assurance specifications and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Manage laboratory data, monitor data for accuracy, analyze data, recognize unfavorable trends, and make process improvement recommendations.
  • Support and assist in audits from internal and external regulatory, certification, customer, and brand owner sources.
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing experience and food industry knowledge.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment and testing within a manufacturing environment.
  • Math and analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Computer skills, including MS Office, statistical software, SAP, and Kronos.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and beverage processes.
  • Familiarity with High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC) Technology.
  • Knowledge of microbial and aseptic techniques.
  • Ability to multitask in team development, time management, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment with seasonal temperatures, flexible shifts, and weekend and holiday work based on business needs.
Education:
  • Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school.
  • Knowledge acquired through 1-3 years of work experience.
  • Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, or Health Sciences degree or experience.
