Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Phantom Staffing. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for desktop and mobile operating systems, as well as enterprise user accounts.
  • Administer and support Windows 10 Enterprise, Bitlocker, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, and other related technologies.
  • Manage customer requests using helpdesk ticketing systems, such as ManageEngine, ServiceNow, and JIRA.
  • Troubleshoot group policy, Exchange Online mailbox management, calendaring, and syncing across multiple clients.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support and resolution of technical issues.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience supporting and administering desktop and mobile operating systems, as well as enterprise user accounts.
  • Associates Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience, or A+ certification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
