Job Summary:

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing day-to-day support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, or acquired brain injuries. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and teach individuals with varying levels of personal care, including bathing, toileting, and teeth brushing. You will also be responsible for accompanying individuals on appointments, administering medications, and following routines as outlined in their Behavior Support Plans.

Responsibilities:

* Provide day-to-day support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, or acquired brain injuries
* Assist and teach individuals with varying levels of personal care, including bathing, toileting, and teeth brushing
* Accompany individuals on appointments and administer medications as needed
* Follow routines as outlined in their Behavior Support Plans

Requirements:

* 18+ years old
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Valid Driver's License and good driving record

* Commitment to assisting people with varying disabilities to participate fully in their community and in their own lives
* Varied interests and personal connections in the local community
* Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior (work, volunteer, or school history)
