We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director I to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, providing product solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Role

As a Sales Director I, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through cold calling, premise visits, networking, and lead generation
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with acquired and existing customers to attain additional business and retain existing revenue
  • Providing comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and existing accounts
  • Providing accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnels of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of industry-specific sales experience
  • Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize with good time management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry's competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction
  • Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

What We Offer
