We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital in Fairfax, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with pediatric patients, particularly in the NICU setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in the NICU, including assessments, interventions, and discharge planning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide family-centered care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a level III or IV NICU required.
  • Certified Neonatal Therapist, Small Baby experience, and/or Neonatal Touch and Massage Certification preferred.
  • VA License required.
  • BLS through American Heart Association (AHA) certification.
