The Senior Strategy Program Manager is instrumental in steering the implementation of strategic projects and initiatives that foster profitable revenue enhancement and bolster sales efficiency.
This role entails spearheading cross-departmental project teams to formulate and execute sales excellence initiatives that elevate the performance of designated sales strategies, enabling SHI's Global Sales Business Unit to achieve its aspiration of being acknowledged as the industry benchmark by clients and partners.
This is a remote role with a Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design and oversee strategic programs and short-term projects aligned with Business Unit (BU) and corporate growth objectives.
Establish objectives and develop programs to meet those objectives through collaboration with essential stakeholders, including Sales Leadership, Marketing, Learning & Development, Partner Management, Sales Operations, and other subject matter experts.
Assemble and guide cross-functional project teams, inspiring team members to meet deadlines, including the production of collateral and content for both client-facing and internal enablement activities.
Create and implement project plans for all stages of project delivery, ensuring clear visibility of project progress, performance, and risks.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to devise plans for the adoption and execution of programs and campaigns tailored for their respective markets, in alignment with the overarching initiatives of the Global BU.
Advance and drive various demand generation campaigns and sales excellence initiatives, suggesting enhancements to the business to boost effectiveness and sales productivity.
Support business functions such as the formulation of Account Plans, Business Plans, and the overall health of the business in Global sales.
Coordinate and monitor progress, assess overall program success, and provide regular performance reviews to leadership.
Collaborate with Sales Operations to identify necessary reports and dashboards to present the health of the business and future trends.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience managing programs and/or projects.
Proficient understanding of sales strategies, processes, and techniques.
Experience with/understanding of:
B2B technology solutions.
IT reseller channel.
Large, complex customer organizations and key decision-makers.
5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred).

Unique Requirements:
This position may necessitate up to 10% travel.
Additional Information:
The estimated annual compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 to $125,000, which includes a base salary and bonus.
Compensation for this position is contingent upon job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, thus varying from individual to individual.
