About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to enhance our expanding US Sales Team.


The Sales Growth Specialist for our Gulf Region will engage in various activities aimed at boosting sales while nurturing robust relationships with our current clientele.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, your main duties will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and utilizing advanced prospecting tools to connect with potential clients.
  • Evaluating leads through phone, email, and research, and addressing web inquiries for both services and products.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between clients and our company for a designated portfolio within the Gulf Region.
  • Coordinating sales meetings and special events with subject matter experts.
  • Representing the company at industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Creating and implementing strategic account plans for key clients to sustain and enhance business relationships.
  • Facilitating the production and delivery of quotes, proposals, and RFPs, collaborating with our Proposal Center and Operations teams.
  • Achieving quarterly sales objectives through proactive engagement.
  • Preparing monthly reports that detail sales activities, pipeline forecasts, and market insights.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by maintaining communication and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Staying informed on industry trends through continuous education and professional development.
  • Participating in thought leadership initiatives such as webinars and publications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Lead Generation and Business Development:
The ability to proactively seek, qualify, and engage leads, crafting effective communication strategies.

Portfolio Management:
Experience managing a client portfolio that meets or exceeds targets, with a clear understanding of account statuses and proactive risk mitigation.

Sales Discipline:
Engagement in high-quality sales administration, including strategic account planning and consistent use of CRM tools for client data management.

A natural relationship builder, capable of establishing and deepening connections with key stakeholders.

A consultative advisor, adept at identifying client challenges and positioning our offerings to meet their needs.

Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in business development for technical services or products, ideally in environmental sectors.

A skilled communicator and influencer, able to convey messages clearly and challenge the status quo when necessary.

Coachable:
Open to feedback and willing to adapt strategies as needed.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM best practices.

Willingness to travel for business purposes, up to 50% of the time.
