Position Summary:

The Fence Installer will be responsible for executing the installation of fencing systems, requiring some construction experience but not necessarily specific fence installation skills.

Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install fence rail supports to posts using appropriate materials and tools.
  • Construct and repair various types of fences, walls, and gates.
  • Excavate post holes using hand tools or power equipment.
  • Assemble picket fences and secure rails to posts.
  • Set posts in concrete as per instructions.
  • Fabricate fencing panels and other structures as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Assist in maintaining an organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred one year of experience in fencing or related construction trades.
  • Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks.
