Paralegal Advocate for Social Security Benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in handling Social Security Disability claims. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client cases, from intake to resolution, while ensuring exceptional client service and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Social Security Disability claims and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
In this role, you will assist in filing initial applications, appeals, and submissions with the Social Security Administration, track case progress, and manage deadlines. You will also serve as a liaison between clients, medical providers, and the Social Security Administration, ensuring accurate and efficient communication between all parties involved.

Responsibilities

Requirements
Experience: Prior experience working with Social Security Disability claims is required.
Technical Skills: Proficient with modern computer systems, including the use of email, Microsoft Office, and common office equipment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively manage a high volume of cases.
Salary: Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
