Position Overview: The Promotions Manager plays a pivotal role in steering the team towards the development and implementation of strategies that significantly enhance revenue and profitability across various venues.

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Collaborate with the operations director, venue managers, and marketing teams to formulate strategies aimed at revenue growth.
  • Utilize independent judgment to boost revenue through:
    • data analysis
    • organized happy hours and private events
    • curating guest lists
    • special celebration events
    • corporate outreach programs
    • VIP table arrangements
    • Premium reserved seating for small groups
    • Other informal social gatherings
  • Negotiate pricing for VIP table reservations.
  • Develop promotional packages for happy hours, private events, and other social gatherings.
  • Organize and host happy hours, private events, VIP tables, and other social gatherings to strengthen relationships with existing clients and attract new clientele.
  • Select and schedule team members for promotional events and gatherings.
  • Oversee and guide team members during promotional activities and events.
  • Conduct bi-weekly training sessions for team members on data collection, guest list management, and promotional strategies.
  • Compile weekly performance reports summarizing key metrics and outcomes related to responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or marketing, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and promotional tactics, especially in social media contexts.
  • Highly organized and dependable.
Position requires the ability to:
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Travel for workshops, trade shows, and meetings as necessary.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
