KLINGER RCM USA is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to enhance our manufacturing capabilities. Your contributions will be vital in assessing production methodologies, instituting streamlined processes, ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks, and engaging in product innovation and validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into manufacturing processes
- Develop and implement manufacturing protocols tailored to product specifications
- Guide the manufacturing team in troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Evaluate and optimize workflow to boost production efficiency
- Create quality assurance procedures in line with industry regulations
- Estimate production expenses and analyze production timelines
- Generate compliance reports related to products, processes, and environmental standards
- Engage in product innovation and validation efforts
- Assist in initiatives aimed at cost reduction
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain an orderly work environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Industrial Engineering
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and 8D problem-solving methodologies
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing practices, quality assurance techniques, and process enhancement
Communication and Technical Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software
Analytical and Decision-Making Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to make informed decisions across various levels of importance
Work Environment:
- Consistent attendance is essential
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Collaboration with diverse departments and team members
This position reports to the Director of Engineering and requires a high level of mental acuity, precision, and professionalism in all interactions. If you possess a strong organizational skill set and a dedication to manufacturing engineering, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
