Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

Woolpert is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams, overseeing the quality of deliverables, and resolving issues impacting project objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee the quality of deliverables, including fee plans, work plans, risk mitigation plans, and contracts
  • Resolve issues impacting project objectives and ensure timely completion
  • Support client relationships and business development in support of strategic business plans
  • Act as key point of internal contact for communication and identify plan vs. actual performance variances
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Federal, Public, or Private Market studios/sub-markets required
  • Active Professional Registration (Licensed Architect) required
  • Minimum of 10 years related industry experience required
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and ability to facilitate technical discussions
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to negotiate, influence, and manage risk
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both internal and external relationships
  • Ability to make sound decisions/recommendations based on evaluation and synthesis of project information and data
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% for local, regional, and national clients and projects
