Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team at DLR Group. As a key member of our integrated design team, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the architecture and engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, and other relevant tools.
  • Professional degree in Architecture or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
  • Experience with business development and marketing.
