Director of Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Director of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead our growth initiatives and enhance our business development strategies.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in forming and overseeing our Strategic Partnerships team, implementing innovative strategies, and leveraging advanced lead generation tools to cultivate both inbound and outbound opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Development: Build and lead the Strategic Partnerships Team, focusing on recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to excel in lead generation and contribute to revenue enhancement.
  • Advanced Lead Generation: Discover, evaluate, and incorporate new lead generation technologies that improve our capacity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead Management: Supervise the lead management process to ensure precise forecasting and prompt follow-up, optimizing the lead flow through the sales pipeline.
  • Sales Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report all sales activities of the Strategic Partnerships team, providing regular insights on performance, progress, and areas for improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine processes for managing both inbound and outbound leads, enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Management to ensure lead quality, appropriate routing, and effective transitions between the Strategic Partnerships Team and the Sales Team.
  • Prospecting Framework: Create a comprehensive prospecting framework, identifying target markets, defining value propositions, and tailoring outreach strategies.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, sales leadership, and other departments to drive new revenue and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, new market opportunities, and potential growth areas.

Performance Metrics: Establish, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven history of meeting objectives and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in leading and managing an inside sales team, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Outstanding leadership and management capabilities to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM platforms to manage sales processes and track performance.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to collaborate across departments and foster interdepartmental alignment.
  • Experience in deploying innovative lead generation tools and technologies.
  • Robust analytical skills to evaluate market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
