Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at HDR. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters
  • Recruit, train, and develop HR staff to ensure effective delivery of HR services
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Provide HR support for employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure effective delivery of HR services
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration
  • PHR, SHPR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong client service ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Experience leading and attending performance conversations
  • Ability to facilitate employee training
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to travel 15% of the time
