As the Site Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily functions of our healthcare facility, ensuring that all operational systems are efficient and effective. You will work closely with the Director of Operations to implement strategies that enhance the quality of care while maintaining financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and enhance the patient experience by addressing factors that influence satisfaction.
- Lead and inspire team members to consistently deliver exceptional patient care.
- Oversee financial performance, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and grant requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Manage scheduling and logistics for site operations meetings.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration to enhance service delivery.
- Evaluate training needs and support staff development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- A minimum of three years in a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Completion of Project Leap is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish or English/Arabic) are preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex instructions and information.
- Familiarity with various healthcare payer systems is advantageous.
- Proficient in multitasking and organizational skills.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift and move objects as needed.
- Proficient in using computer systems for operational tasks.
Compensation: $88,200-$114,400 annually, based on experience.
