Manufacturing Technician Lead

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technician I to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Process Engineers to develop and maintain manufacturing techniques and processes. You will be responsible for establishing high-yielding and cost-effective processes based on product needs and customer requirements.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Process Engineers in establishing effective processes
- Complying with company policies and procedures
- Setting up equipment and developing process programs
- Executing design of experiments
- Ensuring Intellectual Property issues are considered relative to processes being developed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need an AS degree in Engineering or a Technical Field, with a minimum of 3 years' relevant engineering experience. Familiarity with MIL-PRF-38535, MIL-STD-883, ISO9001, and EIA/JEDEC standards is preferred. Strong electro-mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify and resolve complex system problems are essential. You must be able to multitask, prioritize projects, and work within a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include outstanding low-cost medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, paid time off, a generous match 401K program, tuition reimbursement, and flexible spending account.
