Job Title: Agronomy Sales Missouri

Method Search Consultants is seeking an experienced Agronomy Sales professional to join our team in Missouri. As an Agronomy Sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing agronomy sales strategies to increase business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute agronomy sales plans to target key accounts and increase business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agronomists, and other industry professionals to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Utilize precision farming technology, seed, and other marketing tools to grow market share and increase revenue.
  • Work closely with the agronomy team to understand business functions and improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Establish and maintain effective public relations through customer education and promotion of new products.
  • Work extended hours in-season to meet business demands.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Ag Economics, Ag Business, Ag Education, Ag Engineering, Soil or Weed Science.
  • 1-3 years of additional agronomy/seed experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of agronomy and precision farming technology.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide cost-effective services for cooperative patrons.
  • Ability to work extended hours in-season.
  • Good mathematical aptitude and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CCA Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in agri-business.
Compensation:

$70,000 - $85,000/year + Commission
