Agricultural Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Helena Agri. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our customers and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing customer relationships.
- Provide expert knowledge of our agronomy solutions and products to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date on market trends, product developments, and customer needs.
- Travel to customer sites to demonstrate products, provide training, and build relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., agriculture, business, or a related field).
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
