About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Helena Agri. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Provide expert knowledge of our agronomy solutions and products to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date on market trends, product developments, and customer needs.
  • Travel to customer sites to demonstrate products, provide technical support, and build strong relationships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as agriculture, business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the agriculture industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
