Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support to users by diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Assist clients both remotely and in-person by identifying challenges, researching solutions, and guiding them through corrective actions.
- Manage daily administration, distribution, and escalation of support tickets through our service management system.
- Oversee account creation and administration in Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365.
- Maintain service agreements for office equipment.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Windows 10 and/or Windows 11.
- At least 2 years of experience managing Active Directory.
- Experience with Office 365 applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing critical issues to resolution.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Experience supporting a multi-site organization.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Relevant job certifications.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds (e.g., printers, monitors).
