Interim HealthCare Inc is committed to providing exceptional care to patients in their homes. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in hospice care to serve as our Clinical Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in establishing and monitoring compliance with standards to ensure patient/client and field employee expectations are met or exceeded.
- Develop, evaluate, and supervise a group of qualified clinicians and caregivers.
- Supervise all clinical operations in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Coordinate, educate, and contact existing patients/families to assess their needs and to review the Interim Hospice full range of services.
- Oversee clinical staff schedules to ensure patient and family needs are met 24 hours, seven days per week.
- Licensed registered nurse (RN) in South Carolina or compact multi-state license.
- RN license is active and in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited school for applicable discipline.
- One (1) year hospice nursing experience.
- Previous home care experience preferred.
- Previous management experience preferred.
