About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Quicksilver Express Courier. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Prospecting for new leads and developing relationships with potential customers
  • Scheduling and delivering presentations and demonstrations
  • Managing the sales process from initial qualification to close and implementation
  • Cold calling both in the office and in the field
  • Monitoring client base growth and identifying ways to improve
  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and ethical manner
  • Maintaining and increasing revenue streams with assigned accounts through face-to-face visits, problem-solving, and administrative follow-up
