About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Garden Homes. As a key member of our maintenance office, you will provide administrative support to our maintenance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist the maintenance team with administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Perform daily checks of the community, identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or concerns.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities, including setting appointments and communicating with residents and staff.
  • Provide support with inventory management, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the maintenance manager.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a maintenance or administrative role, or equivalent education and training.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
What We Offer
