Job Summary: This entry-level role reports directly to the HR/EHS Manager and is pivotal in upholding the Magna Employee's Charter and fostering the Magna Culture within the Magna Mirrors South Carolina facility.

The position encompasses daily HR and EHS support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR activities including job posting preparation, requisition maintenance, and assisting with both internal and external recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and may participate in the interview process.
  • Prepare employment offers and related documentation, and support the orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Assist with time and attendance management, payroll adjustments, and maintaining employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Ensure accurate administration of employee records and assist in developing and delivering HR-related training.
  • Support performance management initiatives, including the distribution and tracking of performance evaluations.
  • Contribute to the development and revision of company policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. as necessary, and stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended periods.
